Passive Fire Protection Manager We''re working with a well-established main contractor delivering high-quality work on commercial and data centre projects across London. Due to a growing pipeline of works, they''re looking for an experienced Fire Stopping Manager to take ownership of passive fire protection across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities:Carry out fire stopping, compartmentation, fire door, and cavity barrier surveysIdentify defects and produce scopes of remedial worksAssist with pricing and small project deliveryEnsure compliance with IFC / FIRAS standardsManage site activities, permits, and reporting (Bolster or similar systems) Liaise with clients and teams, with occasional hands-on work About You:FIRAS or similar accredited in fire stoppingSMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifiedClean driving licenceStrong organisation and communication skillsFlexible to travel and work out of hoursJob Details:Start Date: ASAPLocation: London and surrounding areasWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday + OT Salary: 55,000 - 65,000 (DOE)Benefits:Private healthcare and Dental 24 days holiday + bank holidaysLength of service rewardsLife insurance ..... full job details .....
