Supervisor (Passive Fire)

A leading specialist contractor is seeking a Fire Protection Supervisor to join their team, working across fire door installation and remediation contracts on social housing stock in Sheffield. The Role You will supervise site teams to ensure fire protection works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This includes: Overseeing fire door installation and remediation projects Coordinating operatives and subcontractors on site Ensuring compliance with specifications and fire safety standards Assisting operatives on occasion to support the team and maintain schedules Managing daily site activities, reporting, and documentation About You Experience in social housing projects is desirable Strong understanding of fire door systems and installation/remediation practices Flexible and hands-on, happy to assist operatives when needed Excellent communication and team-working skills Willingness to travel across London and the Home Counties as required Package and Benefits Base salary: 45,000 - 60,000 Company vehicle and fuel card Exceptionally strong bonus scheme Daily expenses allowance Private healthcare Opportunity to work with a supportive, skilled team in a rapidly growing business If you believe you have the relevant experience and are interested in the above opportunity, please apply with a copy of your CV.
