This is a varied role combining purchase ledger responsibilities with parts administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is confident dealing with suppliers, invoices and stock.The Role of Parts Purchase Ledger:As a Parts Purchase Ledger, your responsibilities will include:Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficientlyMatching invoices against purchase orders and delivery notesLiaising with suppliers regarding invoices, pricing and discrepanciesManaging supplier accounts and resolving queriesOrdering and sourcing vehicle parts from suppliersChecking parts deliveries against ordersMaintaining accurate parts and stock recordsRaising purchase orders and ensuring costs are correctly allocatedMonitoring stock levels and ordering parts as requiredSupporting the workshop with parts requirementsMaintaining good relationships with suppliers and internal departmentsGeneral administration and data entry as requiredAbout You:We are looking for someone who is:Experienced within purchase ledger, accounts payable, parts or automotive administrationHighly organised with excellent attention ..... full job details .....
