Salary: Up to -17.50 per hour DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday Days, part-time or full-time available

Are you organised, commercially minded and experienced within-purchase ledger, parts or automotive administration?
We are currently recruiting for a-Purchase Ledger / Parts Person-to join an established and busy team. This is a varied role combining-purchase ledger responsibilities with parts administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is confident dealing with suppliers, invoices and stock.
The Role of Parts Purchase Ledger:
As a Parts Purchase Ledger, your responsibilities will include:

• Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
• Matching invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes
• Liaising with suppliers regarding invoices, pricing and discrepancies
• Managing supplier accounts and resolving queries
• Ordering and sourcing vehicle parts from suppliers
• Checking parts deliveries against orders
• Maintaining accurate parts and stock records
• Raising purchase orders and ensuring costs are correctly allocated
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering parts as required
• Supporting the workshop with parts requirements
• Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and internal departments
• General administration and data entry as required

About You:
We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced within-purchase ledger, accounts payable, parts or automotive administration
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Comfortable dealing with suppliers and resolving queries
• Able to work accurately under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Commercially aware and cost-conscious
• A good communicator with a professional approach
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Automotive, HGV, commercial vehicle, fleet or motor trade experience would be advantageous, particularly if you have previous experience sourcing parts or dealing with vehicle parts suppliers.
