This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, proactive and hands-on Parts Manager with strong operational knowledge, leadership skills and a customer-focused approach. The successful Parts Manager will oversee a team of 4-6 staff, manage day-to-day parts operations and support the continued growth and efficiency of the department. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 4-6 Parts Department staff. Oversee procurement, stock control, inventory accuracy and parts distribution. Manage quotations, orders, returns, invoicing and customer relationships. Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support warehouse operations, including packing goods and forklift duties where required. Maintain pricing, promotions and online activity. Identify obsolete stock and contribute to business development and parts sales growth. Ensure the Parts Department operates efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. Essential Requirements Previous experience working as a Parts Manager, Parts Supervisor, Aftersales Manager, Parts Team Leader, Parts Controller, or within a similar parts management role.
