Parts Coordinator

As a Parts Co-ordinator, you''ll be the trusted point of contact for customers who rely on you to get the right parts to the right place, on time.

As a Parts Co-ordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing spare parts enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries from start to finish
• Keeping customers regularly updated on order status and delivery schedules
• Working with sales colleagues on pricing, quotations and commercial terms
• Coordinating with internal departments and suppliers so that orders are fulfilled accurately
• Maintaining customer master data and handling instructions with care
• Helping to resolve order discrepancies in a calm, professional way

As a Parts Co-ordinator, your experience will include:

• A background in customer service, order processing, sales support or parts coordination
• Experience handling customer quotations and orders
• Strong organisational skills and a real eye for detail
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with SAP experience an advantage
• Experience in a spare parts, engineering, manufacturing, marine or industrial environment would be a bonus, as would a degree or 2 to 3 years in supply chain management
