This is a varied role suited to someone with previous parts experience who is confident dealing with customers, supporting workshop colleagues and keeping on top of stock and orders. The Role Your responsibilities will include:Processing parts orders and invoicesAllocating and issuing parts for workshop jobsMaintaining accurate stock levelsSupporting technicians with parts requirementsLiaising with internal departmentsHandling telephone and face-to-face customer enquiriesTrade and retail parts salesDelivering parts to customers when requiredCompleting associated administrationUsing parts and stock management systemsSupporting the wider team with day-to-day duties About You We''re looking for someone who:Has previous parts experience, ideally within the automotive sectorIs confident dealing with customers and colleaguesIs organised, methodical and reliableHas strong attention to detailCan manage competing priorities and deadlinesIs comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer systemsHas experience with ADP/Kerridge or similar systems - ..... full job details .....
