Parts Advisor South of Lincoln Full-time PermanentReed is currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join an established client of ours, within a busy branch based in South Lincoln.The RoleReporting to the Parts and Retail Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation of the parts department. The role involves responding to parts enquiries from customers and technicians, processing orders, and consistently delivering a high standard of customer service both face-to-face and over the telephone.This is a customer-facing role within a fast-paced retail environment, requiring accuracy, organisation, and strong communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesHandling customer and technician enquiries regarding partsProcessing, dispatching, and managing customer orders accuratelyProviding advice on products and services in person, by phone, and via emailHandling cash and card payments with attention to detailSupporting retail counter and showroom activityWorking effectively as part of a team while using initiative where requiredAbout YouYou will enjoy working with customers and be confident operating in a busy retail setting.Essential skills and experience:Previous experience working in a retail environmentStrong communication skills with a polite and professional mannerExcellent numeracy, literacy, and attention to detailGeneral computer skills, including email and internet useAbility to work calmly and efficiently during busy periodsTeam-focused, with the ability to work ..... full job details .....
