Following a record-breaking year and continued growth, an established automotive parts business is expanding its team and looking for a confident, proactive Parts Advisor to join its Northampton operation.

You''ll be dealing with a loyal customer base across the UK, helping customers identify the right parts, processing orders and building relationships that keep them coming back.

• Handling incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries
• Advising customers on the right parts and products
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Building strong relationships with existing customers
• Re-engaging lapsed customers and identifying opportunities
• Coordinating orders, deliveries and fulfilment
• Supporting occasional trade counter activity
• Working with customers across a national network

We''re open to people from different backgrounds, but you''ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in a Parts Advisor, automotive sales or customer service role
• Good knowledge of vehicle parts
• Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• A proactive, customer-focused approach
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience within the truck and trailer sector would be highly advantageous, but isn''t essential for the right candidate.

• -30,000 salary
• Quarterly bonus scheme
• End-of-year bonus
• Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
• 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:00am-12:00pm
