This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact by shaping partnerships that drive growth, innovation, and measurable outcomes.This role will be a perfect fit for individuals with a strong background in proactive business development, networking and key account management, and are ready to work within an environment where autonomy, maturity and strong commercial acumen is hugely valued.As a Partnerships Manager you’ll be doing:Developing and managing a pipeline of strategic partnerships, with a focus on construction and related industries.Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-makers and aligning partnerships with wider commercial goals.Leading on account management, ensuring high-quality engagement and long-term partner satisfaction.Supporting industry events, forums, and conferences to maximise relationship-building and partnership visibility.Working collaboratively across internal teams to deliver strategic initiatives and ensure partners gain real value.What we’re looking for:Proven experience in business development or account management, ideally within construction or related partnerships.A strong track record of developing commercial pipelines and delivering measurable outcomes.Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.High level of commercial awareness and the ability to spot cross-sector opportunities.Someone who values autonomy, takes ownership, and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.If you’re a natural relationship-builder with a passion for driving partnerships and commercial growth, we’d love to hear from you.Seniority level
