Partnerships Manager , you’ll work closely with the senior team to build and maintain sponsor relationships, secure funding for education programs, and support the growth of digital and in-person initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and med comms organisationsSupport the development of tailored proposals for grant-supported and sponsorship opportunitiesIdentify new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networkingRepresent the company at UK and international medical conferences and industry eventsWork closely with internal content, events, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality partnership outcomesTrack pipeline activity, generate reports, and contribute to overall revenue goalsRequirements

1+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or client-facing rolesBackground in life sciences, medical communications, or healthcare media is highly desirableExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalCommercially aware with a proactive and relationship-driven approachOrganised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreamsWillingness to travel for conferences and client meetingsWhat’s On Offer
