Lettings Manager / Lister

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a Multi office independent Estate agency based in Chelmsford, Essex.

As a Lettings Manager / Lister, you will lead a Lettings team and grow the business, whilst being held accountable for their individual targets and ensuring the overall office targets are exceeded.
 
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Maximising revenues and growing the property register
• Utilising the companies Technology to generate and develop new business
• To carry out all market appraisals and winning new instructions within the local market place For Lettings 
• Acting as an industry expert to Landlord, applicants and tenants 
• Developing and executing clear management strategies.
• Managing a team of negotiators and ensuring targets are exceeded.
• Overseeing the company’s move in pipeline 
• Up to speed with all legislation
• ARLA accreditations are a Plus

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

• A desire to want to play a core role in significantly scaling a business
• A proven track record in Lettings management or as an assistant
• Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually
• Enjoy working in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Minimum of 3 years Lettings experience
• Minimum of 1 years experience at Management level.
• ARLA Qualified would be an advantage.

Salary range will be:                      
Basic salary open to negotiation 
an OTE of around £45,000 to £50,000pa Plus company car or car allowance. 6 Month garuntee
