Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven presence in the local market, ideally with a national reputation and following Strong experience in one of the key practice areas: Private Client, Rural or Energy, Residential Property, Corporate and Commercial. Demonstrated ability in business development and building long-term client relationships. Proven people management and leadership skills. Collaborative and commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with confidence in developing others and supporting junior lawyers.
