Finance Business Partner (8b)Rate: 280 - 300 per dayLocation: Southwest - hybrid working - minimum of 3 days per week on site Contract: 6 months +Sellick Partnership is proud to be partnering with a key NHS client based in the Southwest, to recruit a Finance Business Partner for an initial 6 month contract. This is a hybrid role - you would be required on site in the Southwest 3 days per week. Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner will include: Provide strategic financial and business leadership to the Divisional Management Team, promoting a joined-up approach to monitoring income, activity, expenditure, and workforce performanceHold overall responsibility for delivering a comprehensive financial management and business partnering service across the DivisionEnsure monthly performance reports are accurate, robust, and provide reliable insight to support informed management decision-makingLead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all aspects of the Division''s annual financial planning and budgeting processProvide constructive challenge to all areas of Divisional performance, identifying opportunities to improve financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and service deliveryRequired experience/qualifications:CCAB qualified with at least 2 years of post-qualification experienceNHS finance business partneringManagement/leadership of small teamsHow to apply for the Finance Business Partner position: If you believe you have the required experience ..... full job details .....
