Part Time SEND Teacher - Maternity coverAre you looking for a Job working with SEND students? Are you experienced in primary teaching? The role: This is a part-time position working 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday starting 23rd February until end of July.The role will be looking after a Year 5 form group, teaching maths and literacy to small groups of pupils, and also other curriculum subjects such as PSHE and Science. Some knowledge of SpLD would be preferred.Class sizes are small and we work on a transdisciplinary basis with a team of inhouse SALTs and OTs. You must have: Successful class teaching experience. Experience of working with children with SENDA commitment to ongoing professional development. An excellent knowledge of the specialist curriculum area and how it may be effectively taught.
