NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with an established financial planning business in Chesterfield who are looking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator to support one Adviser within the practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the client and technical side of financial planning administration and is looking for a supportive environment where they can become a key part of the Adviser''s day-to-day operation. The Role Working closely with one Adviser, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the financial planning process, helping to ensure clients receive a smooth and professional service. Your responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day administration support to the Adviser Preparing and maintaining client documentation Processing new business and ongoing client servicing requirements Liaising with providers and third parties Assisting with pensions, investments and other financial planning matters Preparing information and documentation for client meetings Maintaining accurate client records Supporting the Adviser with general financial planning administration Communicating with clients and helping with queries when required About You We are looking for someone who has previous experience within financial ..... full job details .....
