Part time HR Administrator
Your new company Hays are working on an exclusive basis with an excellent organisation who are working on behalf of a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced and highly organised HR Administrator to join a busy People Team. This role will play a key part in delivering an efficient, accurate, and professional HR administration service across the business. Supporting the full employee lifecycle, you will ensure HR processes, records, and systems are maintained to a high standard while providing excellent support to employees, managers, and the wider HR team. This position would suit a strong administrator with excellent attention to detail, outstanding organisational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Your new role Act as a first point of contact for HR-related enquiries, responding appropriately or escalating where necessary.Support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with company procedures and legal requirements.Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts of employment, and new starter documentation.Complete Right to Work checks and ensure documentation is maintained accurately.Conduct DBS checks and renewals in line with company policy.Coordinate onboarding activities and support induction processes.Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.Process contractual changes and employee lifecycle documentation.Administer flexible working applications and other employee requests.Manage employee leavers ..... full job details .....
