Part time Facilities Administrator
Your new company Hays is working on an exciting role to recruit a Facilities Manager on a permanent basis this person is responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and development of the Council''s physical assets and facilities. This role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient operations across all sites, including Public Conveniences. The post holder will lead operational delivery, oversee asset management and maintenance programmes, ensure Health and Safety compliance, and contribute to the strategic direction to deliver high-quality services to the community.Your new role As a Facitlies Manager your role will involve:Asset and Facilities ManagementOversee the maintenance and operational management of all facilities, ensuring they remain safe, compliant, and fit for purposeDevelop and deliver planned maintenance programmes, monitoring costs and performanceEnsure effective management of public-facing facilities and servicesManage day-to-day service delivery across multiple facilities and operational teamsEnsure services are delivered efficiently, within budget, and in line with organisational policiesLead on emergency response procedures and facilities-related incidentsLead, manage, and develop operational staff, including recruitment, training, and performance managementAllocate workloads and ensure effective team performanceTake ownership of Health and Safety across all facilities, ensuring full legislative complianceMaintain robust processes, procedures, and ..... full job details .....
