To be considered you need extensive experience managing complex ER cases in a unionised environment This is a fantastic opportunity to manage employee relations from a very proactive, impactful position. You''ll play a key role as a member of the People Business Partnering Team and the Resolution Centre, establishing, embedding, and operating the organisation''s Resolution Framework. With responsibility for handling issues and concerns raised by colleagues within the organisation, and often being the first person that a party comes in contact with when an issue is raised, you will play an important role in helping colleagues resolve conflict and set a resolution-friendly culture, based on transformative justice. Your contribution: Work collaboratively with the Director, Head of Service, and your colleagues to ensure that the employee journey and experience is the very best that it can be. Contribute to the delivery of a first class, modern and inventive people business partnering service by taking a lead role in the operational delivery of our Resolution Framework.
