Finance Assistant (Part-Time, Permanent)
A well-established independent educational organisation is seeking a Finance Assistant to join their busy finance department. This is a part-time, year-round role based on a 30-hour work week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Reconcile accounts and manage payment processes (including international and faster payments)
- Support month-end procedures and prepare journal entries
- Maintain invoice logs and assist with day-to-day financial admin

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a finance/administration role
- Good working knowledge of Excel and financial software
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive data
- Relevant qualifications and experience in the education sector are beneficial but not essential

Package Includes:
- 19,500 per annum (30 hours/week)
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro rata), rising with service
