Part-Time HR Coordinator Location: Outskirts of Witham Working Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 per annum (pro-rata) Reports to: HR ManagerOverviewWe are seeking a proactive and adaptable HR Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on, people-facing role, providing daily HR support across a busy and varied working environment. With a strong focus on employee engagement and support, this role requires a visible presence across all operational teams.Role SummaryYou will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR assistance across a workforce of approximately 130 employees. This role will involve regular face-to-face contact with staff and managers, supporting a full range of HR activities including employee relations, disciplinary processes, performance management, and documentation. Your ability to build rapport, remain organised, and handle confidential matters professionally is key.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for HR queries.Support employee engagement initiatives and communications.Attend and minute formal meetings (e.g., disciplinary, grievance, performance reviews).Assist in managing employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion.Support HR administrative tasks and ensure documentation is up to date.Be actively present on-site daily, supporting staff at all levels.Flexibility to work across different departments and adapt to changing needs.Essential Experience and SkillsCIPD ..... full job details .....
