Part Time Caretaker

Part time Caretaker Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm £14.50 per hour plus holiday pay accruing Watford WD24 Start asap We are seeking an experienced Caretaker to work on a temporary ongoing basis at a large residential development in Watford. Working independently, you will be responsible for maintaining the communal areas to a high standard, carrying out regular patrols, litter picking, bin store management, general maintenance tasks, minor repairs, contractor supervision, and investigating resident issues such as leaks, noise complaints, and communal facility concerns. You will also complete routine health and safety checks, including fire door inspections, emergency equipment testing, and site inspections, ensuring the development remains safe, clean, and well maintained at all times. The ideal candidate will have significant experience gained within a similar role, previous experience of delivering excellent customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes. ..... full job details .....
