Pertemps Daventry are currently recruiting for a friendly, reliable and professional Part-Time Call Centre Agent to join one of our established clients based in Daventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for Part -Time 15 hours per week , with shifts available days, afternoons and Night Shifts. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries by telephone, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customers receive accurate and helpful information. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner. Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information. Handle customer requests, questions and complaints calmly and efficiently. Make outbound cold calls where required. Record customer information and update records accurately. Maintain a high standard of customer service. Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when required. Work effectively as part of a team. Meet agreed service and performance standards. Maintain confidentiality when dealing with customer information. About YouThe successful candidate will have: Previous call centre or customer service experience is esstential Excellent verbal communication skills. A confident and professional telephone manner.
