Part-Time Administrator 

Currently recruiting for a new Part-Time Administrator for a manufacturing business in the Aston area of Birmingham. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Due diligence and understanding company procedures, 
  • Provide admin support and that the working environment is clean and well kept
  • Creating logs of IT equipment who has what
  • Point of contact to log questions / quries from the business employees

Skills and experience

  • Eye for detail 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Team worker 
  • Telephone Skills
  • Computer Literate (Word, Excel Outlook)
  • Good knowledge of Administrative/Clerical procedures

Role

  • Days: Wednesday to Friday 
  • Hours 08:30- 17:00
  • Possibly open to Mon-Fri 9am-2pm
  • Salary-£25K (pro rata)
  • Strong benefits package
  • 25 days annual leave (pro rata)  plus Bank Holidays
