Part time Accounts Assistant

Reed Accountancy are currently exclusively working with a growing, business looking to bring in a Part time Finance Assistant to join their team of two. This position is for 24 hours per week and can be split across 3 to 5 days and flexible on the working hours.This is a hands-on, varied role supporting across accounts, working closely with suppliers and customers, getting involved in inventory and costing, and helping keep everything running behind the scenes.A big part of the role will involve:Managing accounts payable and receivable end to endProcessing invoices, reconciling accounts and supporting payment runs Supporting customer onboarding, invoicing and chasing outstanding payments Assisting with month-end, including journals and reconciliations Supporting inventory processes, including stock monitoring and reconciliation Supporting wider admin and operational activity as neededThey''re looking for someone organised, proactive and comfortable juggling a few things at once.
