Part-Time Accounts AssistantAre you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for a flexible part-time opportunity within a growing business?We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support the day-to-day finance function, working closely with management to ensure the smooth running of financial operations.Key Responsibilities:Processing and recording financial transactionsManaging purchase and sales ledgersProcessing supplier invoices, customer payments, and bank reconciliationsAssisting with payroll, VAT returns, and general finance administrationMaintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentationAssisting with management accounts and financial reportingLiaising with customers and suppliers regarding account queriesWhat We''re Looking For:Previous experience in an accounts, bookkeeping, or finance administration roleStrong working knowledge of Sage accounting softwareExperience with purchase and sales ledgers and bank reconciliationsGood understanding of bookkeeping principlesProficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsProfessional communication skills and a proactive approachDesirable:Experience with CIM50Payroll and VAT return experienceAAT or similar accounting qualificationExperience supporting management accountsThe Role:Part-time position (up to 2/3 days per week)Flexible working arrangements availableOpportunity to join a growing and supportive business environmentIf you''re an ..... full job details .....
