Part Time Accountant (Xero exp)

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accountant to work for a growing property company based in Guildford, Surrey area. The Accountant role will be working on a part time basis 3 days a week. This is a great varied accounting and everyday finance type role which will support with building a robust financial processes from the ground up!Hours: Part time - 3 days a weekSalary: 45-48K (Full time equivalent then a pro rata salary for the 3 days)Accountant duties:Oversee financial operations, including bookkeeping, management accounting, and reportingPrepare quarterly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, balance sheet and variance analysisBank reconciliations and control account reconciliationsCash flow monitoring and forecastingRent and Service Charge AccountingPreparation and submission of VAT returnsRaising and processing of invoices and paymentsAssisting with year-end accounts and audit processesSkills and experience:Experience of working within an SME / start up type business as an AccountantGood IT skills such as Excel and experience of XeroExcellent communication skills both verbally and ..... full job details .....
