About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and motivated Recently Qualified Architect (Part III) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual at the early stages of their career to contribute to a diverse range of projects while developing their professional skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design and delivery of architectural projects across all RIBA work stagesProduce high-quality drawings, models, and presentationsSupport project coordination with consultants, contractors, and clientsPrepare planning applications and building regulations submissionsAttend site visits and assist with contract administration dutiesEnsure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standardsContribute to design discussions and studio cultureRequirementsARB registered Architect (or eligible for registration)RIBA Part III qualification (recently completed)Strong design, technical, and presentation skillsProficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of BIM is desirable)Good understanding of UK planning system and building regulationsExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamDesirable Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a UK-based architectural practice (through Part I/II placements)Experience working on projects in insert sectors, e.g., residential, commercial, mixed-use Knowledge of ..... full job details .....
