About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Recently Qualified Architect (Part III) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual at the early stages of their career to contribute to a diverse range of projects while developing their professional skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and delivery of architectural projects across all RIBA work stages
- Produce high-quality drawings, models, and presentations
- Support project coordination with consultants, contractors, and clients
- Prepare planning applications and building regulations submissions
- Attend site visits and assist with contract administration duties
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards
- Contribute to design discussions and studio culture
Requirements
- ARB registered Architect (or eligible for registration)
- RIBA Part III qualification (recently completed)
- Strong design, technical, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of BIM is desirable)
- Good understanding of UK planning system and building regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a UK-based architectural practice (through Part I/II placements)
- Experience working on projects in [insert sectors, e.g., residential, commercial, mixed-use]
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and environmental standards
- Familiarity with project management tools and workflows
