An established architectural practice in Oxfordshire is looking for a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team, working on fast-paced and technically challenging healthcare projects, primarily within existing buildings.

This role would suit a Part II who is keen to develop their technical experience, enjoys working collaboratively and wants to gain valuable exposure across projects from concept through to completion.

What were looking for:

• Part II Architectural Assistant with UK experience
• Strong Revit skills
• Experience or a genuine interest in the healthcare sector
• Some existing knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Strong technical drawing and detailing skills
• Experience or exposure to refurbishments and/or fit-outs
• Ideally some experience across RIBA Stages 4-5
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Confidence working as part of a team and developing greater independence
• This is a fully office-based role in Oxfordshire, offering -30,00035,000 depending on experience, and with great room for progression and support to do your part III if that is what you want.
