Part II Architectural AssistantAre you a talented Part II Architectural Assistant looking to gain exposure across the full project lifecycle within a collaborative and design-led practice?Location: Sutton SW London Salary: up to 38k Hours: Full-time, PermanentA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated Part II Architectural Assistant to join a well-established architectural practice delivering a diverse range of projects across the residential, commercial, mixed-use and hospitality sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesWork across all RIBA project stages from initial concept through to completion.Produce high-quality design, planning and technical drawing packages.Assist with planning applications, building regulations submissions and tender documentation.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and external stakeholders.Attend site visits, surveys and project meetings.Support the successful delivery of projects within agreed timescales and budgets.Contribute to design development and technical detailing across a variety of project sectors.RequirementsPart II qualified Architectural Assistant.Exceptional Part I candidates with significant UK architectural experience may also be considered.Strong design flair and technical drawing capability.Working knowledge of UK planning legislation and building regulations.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.Experience with SketchUp and/or MicroStation would be advantageous.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability ..... full job details .....
