Social network you want to login/join with:ePeople is recruiting for a leading financial advisory and wealth management firm seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their growing team. This is a remote role with occasional travel to their London headquarters.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial planning, suitability report writing, and technical research within an FCA-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate suitability reports, investment proposals, and recommendation letters in line with FCA regulations.

Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, protection, estate planning, and tax-efficient solutions.

Support financial advisers in delivering high-quality client service.

Liaise with product providers to obtain up-to-date policy information and valuations.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and current legislation.

Collaborate with advisers, administrators, and compliance teams to progress cases efficiently.

Requirements

Key Skills and Experience Required

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Paraplanner within a financial advisory or wealth management setting.

Qualified to Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent (or working towards).

Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products.

Proficient in financial planning software (e.g., Voyant, Truth, Intelligent Office) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong organisational ability.

Flexible remote working with occasional HQ visits.

Professional development and exam support towards Chartered status.

Exposure to a diverse and high-value client base.

Collaborative and supportive team environment.
