This really will be your baby!Responsibilities
Support Financial Advisers in developing tailored financial strategies aligned with each client\''s goals, risk profiles and financial circumstances.Conduct thorough research and analysis across key planning areas including investments, pensions, protection, and tax planning.Prepare high quality suitability reports and recommendation letters, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.Support the Compliance Manager by reviewing client advice files to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards, acting as a point of contact for advice file queries from advisers and administrators.Train and develop the growing team of Financial Administrators.Qualifications
Experienced paraplanner with at least a Level 4 qualification in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).Strong working knowledge of investment products, tax planning and retirement planning.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Details
