Are you an experienced Private Client Paralegal looking to join a respected and supportive legal practice in Fife? Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their established Private Client team, providing high-quality support across a varied caseload.

About the Role

As a Private Client Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting solicitors with a range of private client matters. Working closely with clients, colleagues, and external organisations, you''ll help deliver an exceptional service while managing your own workload in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the administration of executries and estates
• Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and other private client documentation
• Managing client correspondence and maintaining accurate case files
• Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and third parties
• Conducting legal research and preparing supporting documentation
• Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Supporting solicitors with day-to-day administration
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery

About You

• Previous experience working as a Paralegal within Private Client law
• Knowledge of executries, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and estate administration
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Professional and empathetic approach when dealing with clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a busy team
