The Role The successful candidate will manage their own residential conveyancing caseload, supporting private individuals and major housebuilders through the sales, purchases, transfers of title, and new build property transactions. Key responsibilities include: • Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion • Supporting the sale, purchase, and transfer of residential properties • Preparing legal correspondence and documentation on behalf of solicitors • Drafting LBTT returns and completing registration documentation • Ordering legal reports, title information, and plans • Liaising closely with the legal support team to ensure an excellent ..... full job details .....
