The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of housing disrepair matters from inception through to settlement or litigation, ensuring claims are progressed efficiently and in line with procedural requirements.This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal, Litigation Executive, or experienced File Handler looking to develop within a fast-paced and supportive legal environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a caseload of pre-litigation and litigated housing disrepair filesReviewing liability and assessing evidenceDrafting legal documents and correspondenceLiaising with clients, housing associations, local authorities, experts, and third partiesNegotiating settlements with defendants and representativesEnsuring compliance with court deadlines and Civil Procedure RulesPreparing witness statements and trial bundles where requiredMaintaining accurate case management recordsProviding excellent client care throughout the lifecycle of the ..... full job details .....
