Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal standards.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties to gather information and schedule meetings or court appearances.
• Monitor deadlines and court dates to ensure timely submission of documents and adherence to procedural requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining case management systems.

Requirements

• Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong analysis skills to interpret legal documents and case information effectively.
• Previous administrative experience within a legal setting is desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanour when liaising with clients and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
