Paralegal - Dispute Resolution and Property Litigation Location: Farnham, Surrey Job Type: Full-time, Office-basedOur client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm with over 100 employees across three offices. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Paralegal to join their busy Dispute Resolution and Property Litigation team in Farnham.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is a graduate with previous Dispute Resolution and/or Property litigation work experience gained in the legal sector. You will be working closely with two experienced Partners, gaining hands-on exposure to a broad range of high-quality dispute resolution and property litigation matters.Your roleLiaising with clients, opposing solicitors, litigants in person, court staff, and Counsel via telephone and emailPreparing bundles for hearings, trials, and mediationsDrafting court documents for both County Court and High Court proceedingsSupporting fee earners with drafting pleadings, applications, witness statements, and instructions to CounselConducting legal researchManaging files and diaries, including arranging meetings and conference callsAbout YouLaw graduate with previous experience in Dispute Resolution and/or Property LitigationStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA proactive and professional approach, with the ability to work both independently and within ..... full job details .....
