Our client is seeking an ambitious Residential Property Paralegal to join our growing and highly regarded property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced conveyancers, gain exposure to a varied caseload, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the property transaction process. As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will provide vital support to fee earners across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion. Opening and managing client files. Conducting searches and reviewing title documentation. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other third parties. Preparing completion statements and supporting post-completion matters. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures. Maintaining accurate records and case management systems. Experience and Skills Requirements Previous experience within a Residential Property or Conveyancing team. Strong administrative and organisational skills.
