We are looking for an enthusiastic legal professional with experience in secured lending, residential conveyancing, or commercial conveyancing who is keen to develop their skills and progress their career within a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload of secured lending transactions, taking ownership of matters from instruction through to completion. Prepare, review, and process security documentation, reports on title, and other associated legal documents with a high degree of accuracy. Carry out title investigations, due diligence, and property searches to ensure transactions progress efficiently and in line with lender requirements. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, lenders, solicitors, and internal stakeholders, providing a professional and responsive service throughout. Prepare completion documentation, satisfy conditions precedent, and ensure all post-completion requirements are completed accurately and on time.
