Senior Patent Paralegal (London)

Our client, a well-established Intellectual Property firm, is looking to recruit an experienced Patent Paralegal to join their busy team. This is a varied role supporting Patent Attorneys with all aspects of patent formalities and prosecution.Key responsibilities:Preparing and filing UK, EP and PCT patent applications.Managing deadlines, docketing and maintaining accurate case records.Handling EP grant formalities, validations and prosecution matters.Liaising with clients, attorneys and overseas associates.Preparing reports, correspondence and portfolio updates.Providing general administrative and paralegal support to the patent team.The ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in a Patent Paralegal or intellectual property support role within private practice.Good working knowledge of UKIPO, EPO and PCT procedures.Experience using IP management systems such as Inprotech or Patricia.Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.Dawn Ellmore Employment aims to respond to all applicants, however due to the number of applications received this is regrettably not always possible.
