Panel Technician

Job Role: Panel Technician Location: Norfolk Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 Per Annum Type: Permanent Hales Group are working with their client to support them in finding a Panel Repair Technician to join their business, as it continues to grow. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs and contributing to a professional, fast-paced environment. The Role As a Panel Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicle body panels to manufacturer and industry standards. Working alongside MET Technicians, Paint Technicians, and the wider body-shop team, you will ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality levels. Key Responsibilities Carry out panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including cars and light commercial vehicles. Assess vehicle damage and determine the most effective repair methods. Remove dents, creases, and damage using approved repair techniques. Repair or replace damaged panels where necessary. Realign chassis and body structures using specialist equipment and manufacturer specifications. Ensure all repairs meet quality, safety, and industry standards. Maintain accurate repair records and documentation. Work efficiently to achieve individual and team productivity targets. Adhere to all health and safety procedures within the workshop.
