Panel Beater / Painter (Multi Skilled)

Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Technician to join a busy Accident Repair Centre in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled bodyshop professional to work in a modern workshop, carrying out repairs across panel, paint and MET disciplines to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake a variety of repair work including panel, paint, and MET.

• Strip, repair, and refit vehicles to manufacturer and insurance standards.

• Use modern equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality results.

• Work efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Technician within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.

• ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification desirable but not essential.

• Strong knowledge across multiple repair disciplines (panel, paint, MET).

• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering first-class results.

• Full UK driving licence.
