Panel Beater

Kolt Recruitment are seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join a-professional Accident Repair Centre in Bishops Stortford. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-equipped workshop and a supportive team, repairing vehicles to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality vehicle body repairs, including panel replacement and repair.
• Use modern repair techniques and equipment to ensure accurate and efficient work.
• Work to manufacturer and insurance standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high levels of quality control and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and the wider bodyshop team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
• ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification in vehicle body repair (desirable but not essential).
• Excellent metalworking, welding, and body repair skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Full UK driving licence.
