Pallet Repair Operative

This is a long-term opportunity to join the operations team as a Pallet Repair Operative, covering a mix of departments. Key responsibilities include: Unloading pallets from trailers ready for inspection. Inspecting pallets to assess whether they meet standards or need light repairs. Repairing pallets using saws, drills, and other tools to fix broken pallets. Painting pallets to a satisfactory standard for redelivery. Supporting all yard departments as required, demonstrating flexibility. Keeping yard and work areas clean and organized. Meeting daily KPIs and deadlines.
