Pallet Repair Operative

Streamline Recruitment are working with a fast-growing client in Thurrock who are expanding their team and operations.

This is a long-term opportunity to join the operations team as a Pallet Repair Operative, covering a mix of departments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Unloading pallets from trailers ready for inspection.
• Inspecting pallets to assess whether they meet standards or need light repairs.
• Repairing pallets using saws, drills, and other tools to fix broken pallets.
• Painting pallets to a satisfactory standard for redelivery.
• Supporting all yard departments as required, demonstrating flexibility.
• Keeping yard and work areas clean and organized.
• Meeting daily KPIs and deadlines.

Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off (2 days 06:00–18:00 / 2 nights 18:00–06:00)
Pay: £12.71 per hour + overtime
