We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a-Paint Sprayer / Prepper to join their team in Walsall. Duties of the Paint Sprayer:

• Prepare vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, priming, and filler repairs
• Mix and apply paint according to manufacturer specifications
• Carry out colour matching and blending to ensure a flawless finish
• Identify and rectify paint defects as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to complete repairs efficiently, meeting high standards of quality workmanship

Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Painter, Paint Sprayer, or Prep Technician
• Strong preparation, colour-matching, and finishing skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• ATA, NVQ, IMI, or equivalent qualifications are desirable but not essential
• Positive, proactive, team-focused attitude
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred
