About the Role

Pertemps Dudley Industrial is recruiting a Paint Sprayer to join a manufacturing client in Brierley Hill on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. This role involves preparing metal products for painting, applying high-quality finishes with spray equipment, and mixing paints to precise specifications. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm, with no weekend work. Overtime is available when required. The salary ranges from £13.50 to £14.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Candidates must have proven spray painting experience and be skilled in inspection and finishing. This position offers consistent daytime hours and a supportive production environment.

The Role

Preparing metal products ready for painting
Applying high-quality paint finishes using spray equipment
Mixing paints to the correct specifications
Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintaining spray equipment and ensuring a clean, safe working environment
Working as part of a busy manufacturing team to achieve production targets

Requirements

Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Industrial Paint Sprayer, Wet Paint Sprayer or Spray Painter
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Manufacturing or engineering experience is advantageous
