Working as part of the production team, you''ll be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing a range of industrial components to the highest standards, ensuring every product meets strict quality requirements. Monday to Friday Location: Bradford Hours: 7:00am- 3:30pm Competitive hourly rate between £14.00 to £16.00 Private medical insurance. Company pension scheme. Free on-site parking. Full-time, Temp to Perm Opportunities for training, development, and career progression. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming. Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finish. Set up, operate, and maintain spray guns, compressors, and associated equipment. Mix paints and coatings accurately in line with product specifications. Carry out quality inspections to ensure consistency, coverage, and finish standards are achieved. Follow all health and safety procedures when handling paints, coatings, and solvents. Support wider production and fabrication activities when required. Maintain a clean and organised work area.
