PAINT SHOP OPERATIVE - IMMEDIATE START - MILDENHALL, SUFFOLK

We''re looking for a Paint Shop Operative to join our team, with powder coating experience desirable but not essential. This role offers stability, skill development, and a great working environment.
Starting at -12.50 p/hour, this position provides a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive team, working on high-quality finishing projects.
Paint Shop Operative Duties:
- Preparing metal components for painting and coating
- Applying finishes using powder coating and wet paint methods
- Operating and maintaining spray equipment
- Ensuring high-quality standards and consistency in finishes
- Working efficiently to meet production targets
Pay, Hours & Benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00
- -12.50 - -13.00 p/hour
- 30 days holiday after a successful probation
